AnyTime Sports HP values your privacy. This policy supplements the HimLocal Platform Privacy Policy and describes how we handle your personal information specific to transactions with us.
When you place an order with AnyTime Sports HP, we receive your: name, delivery address, phone number (for delivery coordination), and order details. We do NOT have access to your full payment card details, email, or account password.
We use your data solely for: (a) fulfilling your order; (b) coordinating delivery; (c) handling returns and support queries; (d) generating GST-compliant invoices. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.
We retain order-related data for 7 years as required by GST and taxation laws. Contact and delivery data is purged after the retention period expires.
