These terms and conditions govern your purchase of products from AnyTime Sports HP on the HimLocal platform.
Every product we sell is genuine and hand-picked, sourced directly from manufacturers and factories. We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, and natural materials (e.g. willow) have inherent grain and weight variation. Actual product dimensions, weight, and specifications are as listed on the product page. If the product received is defective or not as described, you may initiate a return per our Returns & Refund Policy (a single uncut unboxing video showing the Order ID is required).
An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of order confirmation from AnyTime Sports HP. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of: (a) pricing errors; (b) product unavailability; (c) suspected fraudulent transactions; (d) exceeding purchase quantity limits. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect already confirmed orders. Promotional discounts and offers are subject to specific terms and availability.
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Where applicable, manufacturer warranty applies as per the original warranty card/terms. AnyTime Sports HP does not provide additional warranty unless explicitly stated. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us at contact@anytimesport.in for assistance.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at contact@anytimesport.in or through your account dashboard. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please use the return process instead. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
You agree to indemnify and hold AnyTime Sports HP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of products or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 to file complaints at your local Consumer Forum.
